Furong Plum 

Furong Plum is a special local product of Fu’an, Xiapu County（City）etc. It is characterized by being large in size, thick in meat, small in kernel, modestly sweet and acid, and not clingstone. With a history of over 150 years of growing Furong Plum trees, Fu’an has got the reputation of Hometown of Furong Plum. And the cultivation of Furong Plum is listed among the national Spark Plan. It is most suitable for table use for it is thin in peel, rosy in meat, crispy, juicy, modestly sweet and acid. Furong Plum can also be processed into dry fruit or refined preserves. The traditional renowned dry fruit of Fu’an-- Dried Plum tastes a bit salty and modestly acid and once sold well to regions of Hong Kong and Macau as well as S.E. Asian countries.   

Fuding Dabaicha  

Boasting a history of over 130 years of cultivation, Fuding Dabaicha belongs to the clone-bred and is also known as Baimao Tea or Fuding Pekoe. It is of an early sprouting kind，with its spring tea sprouting generally in the first and the middle ten days of March. In early April, one sprout with two or three leaves grow with proper density. Sprouting five or six times in a year，it has strong soft texture，extraordinarily large number of pekoes，high percentage of effective bud scales，and it generally stops growing in the first ten days of November. Currently, more and more Famous and Good Quality teas are produced with the raw material of Fuding Dabaicha，such as the tea treasures of Silver Tip Pekoe, Silver Hook, Baimaohou, Baimudan, Xueya, Bailin Kongfu etc.    

Gutian White Fungus   

Also known as Silver Gar and Snow Gar, Gutian White Fungus is praised as the Best of Mushrooms. As white as silver，exactly like chrysanthemum，fresh and cool, nourishing，it is a rare traditional Chinese medicinal material and high-quality invigorant. Praised as "Hometown of white fungus"，Gutian County is the largest base for white fungus production and marketing in China.    

Zherong Pseudostellaria Root   

Also known as Caryophyllaceous Ginseng or Taizi Ginseng, Pseudostellaria Root is a famous and good-quality special local product of Dongshi Mountain, the main peak of Taimu Mountain Range.
